THE SHEPHERD is a serialized crime drama following Samantha Prasad, a former lawyer, who comes to the aid of Canadians arrested abroad. In Season One, Sam, while taking personal time after the sudden death of her son, is drawn into the investigation of a young woman accused of killing her lover at an elite International School in Greece. It seems like a slam dunk for the prosecution, until Sam uncovers dark secrets at the school – betrayal, blackmail, many plausible suspects, and a mysterious student death. But does this mean her client is innocent?
